Leading up to SMUHSD Superintendent Skelley’s announcement that school would be closed for the rest of the school year, SMHS Journalism interviewed 14 students on their time in self-quarantine, online school and teenage life in the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak. Here’s what they had to say.
March 12th, 2020, it was decided at a board meeting that all SMUHSD schools would shut down for two weeks and transition to online learning in order to stop the spread of the Coronavirus. The next day, we interviewed SMHS students on their last day before entering self-quarantine.
